I'm trying to enter my employee id but I am getting a restricted access
Try and enter your employee id without the 0's. For example if your employee number is (000999) try and enter 999
If I take the test more than once can I win more than one coupon?
No, only one coupon per month, per quiz. There will be new Quizzes each month so check back on the home page under "This Just In" to see when they will be offered.
How long does it take for the coupon to get mailed to me once I register?
Coupons will be mailed out at the end of every week and will be sent by standard mail. If you believe that your coupon was lost or is taking longer than 2 weeks from the time you have taken the quiz please email us at

What if my coupon(s) show an expiration date of 3/31/2011?
All coupons showing an expiration date of 3/31/2011 will be valid and recognized until the following year on
What if my DIRECTV service is bundled with my telephone company service?
you participate in Verizon, Qwest or AT&T bundle offer that includes DIRECTV you can still get credit for programming certificates you win. When you receive a certificate simply complete the information required and remit them to the DIRECTV address on the certificate. DIRECTV will credit your account and when reconciled with the telephone company the credit will then be reflected in their system. DO NOT send the certificate to your telephone company. Certificates sent to Verizon, Qwest or AT&T will not be honored.
